STATE JUDICIAL ACADEMY ORGANIZES SUCCESSFUL STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP…
Under the able guidance of Hon’ble Justice Rameh Sinha the chief Justice High Court of Chhattisgarh and patron in chief Chhattisgarh State Judical Academy and the Chairman of Academy Hon’ble Justice Sanjay K agrawal the State Judicial Academy recently hosted a highly impactful Stress Management Workshop, aimed at providing valuable tools and insights to address the challenges of stress and promote overall well-being among judicial officers.
The workshop, held on 09/12/2023 at State Judicial Academy featured renowned psychiatrist Harish Shetty from Bombay as the distinguished resource person.
Shetty, an eminent figure in the field of mental health, brought his extensive expertise to the participants, offering practical strategies to cope with stress and enhance mental resilience.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of the judiciay.
The interactive sessions facilitated an open dialogue, allowing attendees to share their experiences and learn from one anothers work-life balance. His insights were not only enlightening but also tailored to the unique challenges faced by those in the legal profession.
He was welcomed by the Director State Judicial Academy Smt Sushma Sawant. She said that Dr Shetty’s presentation will add depth to the understanding of stress management and mental well-being.
Smt Garima, Additional Director at the State Judicial Academy, expressed gratitude for Harish Shetty’s invaluable contribution to the workshop.
The program was conducted by Harish Mishra. Officers of the Academy Harish Awasthy, Sumit Harshyana and Lokesh Patle were also present on the occassion.
